Tandem Columbus is looking to hire independently licensed clinicians across professional discipline and methodological training. Our independent contractor positions pay 75%-80% of the contractor’s revenue. We are seeking clinicians whose clinical experience reflects their extensive knowledge and professional commitment to treating sexual health and trauma concerns.  Top applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to race and disability justice, and will be able to identify and clinically disrupt supremacy arising in the therapeutic relationship.  Multilingual skill and diverse life experiences will be valued more highly than letters of recommendation and academic achievement.


In addition to sex therapists, we are seeking to fulfill the following clinical positions:

Applicants for this position should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and an advanced understanding of LGBTQIA2S+ communities, identities, and experiences.  Top applicants will demonstrate extensive training and clinical experience working with trans and gender non-conforming populations.  Knowledge and application of queer and feminist theory will be highly valued.

LGBTQIA2S+ Affirming Clinician

Applicants for this position should demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of race and ethnicity in the United States.  Top applicants will demonstrate extensive training and clinical experience exploring racial and ethnic identity, as well as the intersection of race and ethnicity with other aspects of self (i.e. gender, class, sexuality, ability, size, religion).  Education and cross-discipline coursework in BIPOC and POC feminisms will be highly valued.

Applicants for this position should demonstrate extensive knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the culture of disability in the United States.  Top applicants will demonstrate extensive training and clinical experience exploring disability and bodies at the intersection of other aspects of self (i.e. race, gender, class, sexuality, size, religion).  Education and cross-discipline coursework in disability studies will be highly valued.
